T-47 (affidavit used when providing an existing survey)- this affidavit goes alongside the survey used in the transaction. It states that the current owners have not made improvements or changes to the property that could affect the use of the existing survey. Make sure to fill in the blanks below "EXCEPT". If, to the best of your knowledge, you are not aware of any changes made, simply write "NONE". The T-47 affidavit MUST be signed in front of a notary.
